OneVision provides prompt, expert technical support and
training as required to ensure installed SeamMate systems
perform to expectation

| Standard Support |
- Installation, startup and training on the use of the
system. Typical startup and training requires 1½ days,
including training up to four people on each shift.
- Unlimited telephone support to resolve system
problems.
- Additional support is available on a fee basis

| Extended Support Level 2 For SeamMate®
System |
- Includes Standard Support.
- Unlimited on site technical support within 48 hours
after request for help. No charge for replacement
parts.
- On site inspection, cleaning, and calibration of the
system once per year plus training in the effective use
of SeamMate® Process Control reports
- Certification of calibration referenced to NIST
standards.
- Free software upgrades supplied to SeamMate® system
users as they are developed.

| Training |
System Training courses are available for an eight hour
per day basis between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM local time.
Courses are designed to run approximately 3 hours each for a
maximum of 6 personnel to assure adequate system hands-on
time.

| Level 3 Course |
The Level Three Course covers all operator can testing
activities. The use of all gauges and SeamMate operating
procedures including data report saving and printing.
Proper saw and seam stripper operation is covered.

| Level 5 Course |
| The Level Five Course covers the advanced system
administrator level functions of SeamMate . System
configuration options, system security settings, password
file maintenance, SPC charts and graphs operation, settings
and use, Gauge calibration, and other material of interest.
Class attendees should be competent on all material covered
in the Level 3 Course before attending the Level 5 Course.
